Abstract Submission


Current undergraduate students who are conducting research, scholarship or creative activity are invited to submit an abstract to the conference. The presented project can be research that is either completed or in progress. Abstracts can be submitted only via the online submission system.

 IMPORTANT: The 2018 Abstract Guideline is your  guide for submitting an abstract to the conference. Please read the entire guide prior to beginning the submission process to review all guidelines and procedures that apply to abstract submission. The abstract should be no more than 200 words. No graphics or schematics are allowed in ICUR abstract submissions. The abstract finalization deadline is July 13, 2018.

Abstract and Poster Information

Eligibility: Each student may participate in only one poster. If you work on multiple projects that will be presented, you will have to choose one main poster that your name will be included on as a presenter.

Time Commitment: Students must set up their poster in the Simplot Ballroom any time between 8:00AM-9:00AM on the day when their presentation is scheduled.

Poster Specifications: A poster board with dimensions 48″ wide and 36″ high will be provided to you. For a quick set up, bring your 48″ by 36″ poster and several binder clips so that your poster can be quickly pinned to the poster board.
