Call for Abstracts
All Boise State University undergraduate students are invited to submit abstracts of their research, professional work or creative activities for presentation at the seventh annual Boise State University Undergraduate Research and Scholarship Conference to be held on Monday, April 12, 2010.

2009 Undergraduate Research & Scholarship Conference
More than 230 research, artistic and scholarly projects, representing over 450 Boise State University undergraduates, were presented at the 6th Annual Undergraduate Research & Scholarship Conference held on Monday, April 20, 2009, from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. in the Student Union Building. The conference program cover design was selected by a jury of senior graphic design students, faculty, staff and conference committee members from 34 design projects that were submitted by students in our Art 204, Graphic Design Studio II classes, Jennifer Wood, faculty sponsor. Congratulations to Tony Montaño, our first place winner. Akiko Fry’s design was selected as the Art 488 Graphic Design Studio IV Students’ Choice.

2008 Undergraduate Research & Scholarship Conference
More than 130 research, artistic and scholarly projects, representing over 300 Boise State University undergraduates, were presented at the 5th Annual Undergraduate Research & Scholarship Conference held on Monday, April 14, 2008, from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. in the Student Union Building. Students who participated in the conference represented a diverse range of academic disciplines. Sona Andrews, Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs; Mark Rudin, Vice President for Research; and Sharon McGuire, Associate Vice President for Undergraduate Studies spoke at the awards ceremony and presented awards recognizing students for their outstanding achievement.

The conference program cover design was selected by a jury of senior graphic design students, faculty and conference committee members from 27 design projects that were submitted by students in our Art 204, Graphic Design Studio II classes. Congratulations to Sarah McCarthy, our first place winner. Andy Hart and May Hernandez received honorable mentions. Morgan Sorenson’s design was selected as the Art 488 Graphic Design Studio IV Students’ Choice. 2008
